Client Agreement and List of Required Loan Documents

Step 1: Print these documents below, sign the Client Agreement, and assemble the documents on
the list.

Step 2: Send us your documents.

There are two ways to send us your documents:

1) By e-mail to Christine@DesertEdgeLegal.com. Please drop me a line to let me know you’re sending everything first, however.

2) By snail mail to:

Important:  Please use a tracking number! We cannot be responsible for delays related to documents we do not receive. 

Important: We do not start work on your file until we receive all documents and the executed Client Agreement! 

Once we receive your documents and Client Agreement, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt and advising of when we think we’ll be finished with the audit.

Step 3: Once we’re finished, we’ll ask you to pay by Paypal. As soon as we receive payment, we will release the full report and ask you to schedule a time to answer all your questions. The consultation must be done within two weeks of the report’s completion.
